I've been cutting hair for 25 years. One of the more memorable moments in my career was when our shop reached ten apprentices. I saw that we had the ability to develop professional barbers who were not only passionate, but saw the value in what they did. The ability to give someone confidence is a powerful reward for barbers. My wife and I decided to start up our very own barber college, so that we can always have a hand in molding barbers.
